What You'll Do:

Personal income tax: Work on a variety of personal income tax matters with tax returns for an interesting mix of clients ranging from expats working for large multinationals to self-employed company owners.
Special tax regime: Analyse whether our clients can qualify for the special tax regime for foreign researchers and incoming taxpayers, assist with possible contract modifications and the actual filing of the applications.
Calculations: Handle various personal income tax calculations in the framework of international employment and optimization of remuneration packages.
Consulting: Offer tailored advice on (international) employment tax, personal income tax and legal compliance, equity incentives, pension, remuneration structuring and rewards.
Build Real Relationships: Connect with clients and colleagues in a meaningful way, where your work has a direct impact.
Contribute to Team Success: Engage confidently in meetings, knowing your insights are valued and heard.

Who We're Looking For:

Eager to Grow: No (extensive) experience needed, just a willingness to learn and apply your skills in a dynamic environment.
Communication is Key: You're articulate in English and French, with Dutch as a nice-to-have (or vice versa – but good English knowledge is key).
Educational Foundation: You have a degree in Economics, Accountancy-Tax, or a related field. Postgrad in Tax? Great, but not required.
Organized and Adaptable: You're ready to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a flexible setting.
Resourceful and outgoing: You bring a proactive and hands-on approach to your work. With your dynamic personality, you love multitasking and taking ownership of your actions.
A Numbers Person: You find joy in working with numbers and solving complex problems.
